We are in the middle of Summer and a Philadelphia Phillie wont the MVP for the All Star Game. A great time to be a Phillies fan. More and more, we all realize how everything comes back to "family". The "dog days" of Summer are getting near and remember that if you are outside, be sure to hydrate. Our body needs more water than we think, even when you are not sweating, you are losing water. Stay hydrated and cool.
